Sliderobes offer customers solutions to their storage problems. We offer an end to end service though which we design, manufacture and install fitted wardrobes with sliding doors.
Our product is a premium product, but priced fairly to provide excellent value for money, and we believe that we offer customers the most efficient use of storage space in the market.
We focus intensely on the quality of our product to make sure that it is fit for purpose and will provide many years of trouble free use for our customers, and, in association with our suppliers, we are always seeking to improve the product. Many companies have excellent products, but the service provided by Sliderobes staff differentiates us from other companies on the market. It drives a very high level of repeat and referral business.
Our aim is for the customer to enjoy the experience of dealing with us, from the very first moment they talk to someone from Sliderobes through to the installation of their wardrobe, and finally to those rare occasions when a customer experiences a problem in the years after their Sliderobe has been installed. We strive to make dealing with Sliderobes hassle free and fun.
We don’t sell wardrobes to customers: we work with them to resolve their storage problems and give them the design solution they want. It is a partnership between the customer and Sliderobes, and we train all our staff to focus on customer needs and provide excellent levels of service.
We monitor and measure our performance across every area of our business, and set what we believe to be some of the highest standards of customer service in the industry. We analyse and use this information to improve what we do, so that our customer service improves year after year.
We invest heavily in the development of our systems which are leading edge within our industry. In recent years we have won awards for our CRM (customer relationship management) and bespoke CAD systems. Our operating processes are ISO 9001:2009 accredited.
We have a very strong code of practice, which is adhered to in all areas of our business:
- No hard sell; no “cold calling”. Sales visits are made by appointment only.
- No bad designs: sales consultants should walk away if the product does not suit.
- Be punctual at all times. Always notify the customer of any delay.
- Always keep fitting dates as customers often take the day off work.
- Pay accounts on time.
- Never, ever, fight with customers.
- Be professional.
- Look professional.
