Are Sliderobes Guaranteed?
Absolutely, but happily - for us and for them - few people ever need to call upon their guarantee. Statistically, they’re much more likely to come back to choose another Sliderobe! We guarantee all the mechanical parts of our “door running” system for 10 years, and all interiors for one year against any defects in workmanship or materials.
But rest assured, where a problem arises, we’re there pronto. After all, it’s our reputation at stake!

Can a Sliderobe be built around a corner or across a corner?
Yes, both are possible.

Do you do free-standing furniture?
Yes. We know how hard it can be to find furniture that’s just right.
When you order your Sliderobe, talk to us about the wide range of bedside cabinets, headboards, sets of drawers and dressing tables that we have. Or just click here and see how you can solve your problem once and for all.

Do you only do sliding door wardrobes?
Yes, that’s what we’ve been doing for 25 years and that’s what we’re good at. We don’t do hinged door wardrobes because we wouldn’t know how. Before making the decision that hinged doors are right for you, spend some time looking at what we can do and look at our opinion on the benefits of sliding doors below.

I've a dormer bedroom with sloping ceilings. Would a sliderobe fit?
You might say that’s what Sliderobes were born to do! Every Sliderobe is tailor made, so we can fit around all those awkward nooks and crannies. So whatever space you have available, with a Sliderobe, you can put every single centimetre to good use.

I know a Sliderobe is fitted, but can it be moved to a new house?
In theory, the answer is yes. But we wouldn’t really exactly recommend it, unless you were moving to another house with a room of exactly the same proportions.
There are some good reasons not to move a Sliderobe though. Firstly, it adds considerably to the value of your home. What buyer couldn’t fail to be impressed by such glamorous – and practical – storage?
And of course you’d miss all that storage in your new home. Looking on the bright side, you’ve the chance to create a fabulous new Sliderobe. And if it’s been a while since you last called in, you’re likely to see some terrific new ideas that weren’t around last time. (Check out our new leather finish, for instance! And we’ve got some fabulous new metallics too.)
Just so you can extol the virtues of your Sliderobe to potential buyers, tell them that our 10 year guarantee is fully transferable. That should clinch it!

I want a fitted wardrobe that goes around a corner. Can you do that?
Not a problem. Flexibility is what we pride ourselves on. We’ll help you plan a Sliderobe that goes across or around a corner – whether you are talking about an internal or external corner. All you need to have is at least 1.5 metres of wall on either side.
Better still, because we don’t use “corner posts” and we design to optimise every single available centimetre, you don’t lose anything – absolutely nothing - in terms of space. (Try finding a hinged or free standing wardrobe that can do that for you!)
And to absolutely make the most of what space you’ve got, we’ve an innovative curved hanging rail that can go round a corner. How clever is that?

Hinged doors or sliding doors? What are the relative merits?
What a question to ask! Particularly of people who have installed literally thousands of sliding door wardrobes over the last 25 years.
At the risk of boring you... they are made to fit perfectly, open doors don’t encroach on floor space like hinged doors, no fixed sizes of shelves, they can go from floor to ceiling to optimise all available space, every centimetre behind the doors is accessible (no bulky door frames!), a wide range of finishes, to mix and match as you like, soft-close features, robust, glamorous...
Sorry... we know we do go on a bit!
