FAQ's for Our Payments Policy

Yes, but we know we’re not a bank or a finance house. We like to stick to what we’re best at. So we have an excellent – and very popular – arrangement with Creation Finance.

They offer our customers the option of a competitively priced 24 or 36 month payment plan. Whichever you choose, there are no hidden charges. Sometimes we offer interest free too over 12 months if we’re having a promotion

But in line with our policy of complete openness, we’d like you to talk to one of our designers about the implications and to find out exactly what your repayments would be each month.

We don’t ask for any money from you (other than a deposit at 35%, to cover our materials and manufacturing costs) before your wardrobe has been installed.

And so confident are we of customer satisfaction, that we ask that you pay your fitter at the end of the day only when you’ve seen your Sliderobe and are happy with it.

It hasn’t backfired on us yet!
