FAQ's for How we manufacture and install Sliderobes

We do create some dust when we fit your Sliderobe, but only by doing that can we ensure a perfect fit. We don’t like a mess any more than you do (running through every Sliderobe fitter is a healthy streak of obsession!)

So we bring dust sheets, we use power tools that have dust extractors fitted, we clean and dust as we go, and then we vacuum up all the dust we possibly can and take away every last bit of debris.

Of course, even we can’t cope with airborne dust, so there might be some settlement of dust afterwards. (And that has been known to keep our fitters awake at night!)

Most Sliderobes take only a day to fit. But if you’ve chosen something out of the ordinary, obviously it’s going to take a bit longer. After all, Rome wasn’t built in a day! So, expect a day, but if it’s a Sliderobe with unusual features – particularly big or complex or in sloping ceilings - then it might run into a second or third day.

Our designer should be able to tell you right at the outset though, so you can plan ahead.

It depends. We aim for four weeks, but most of the time things happen much faster.

Sliderobes come in so many different styles and designs. There are literally thousands of different combinations of materials that you can choose, and dozens of different interior choices that you can make. That’s what makes them special and unique.

And so, it can take a little while to get everything assembled and ready to fit.

We aim for long term satisfaction rather than instant gratification.
